~Betty: I will NEVER EVER give Big Lots my business again and I will tell everyone about my experience. The person I spoke to at corporate was JUST as rude as the manager, Bonnie, at Harrisburg, Union Deposit, store. Unbelievable! My complaint is this...I purchased items at Big Lots. I had two bags to take home which were not full. When I returned home, one item was not in MY BAGS BUT I HAD PAID FOR IT. I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager. Bonnie got on the phone and indicated that it was left there and that someone had tried to track me down. Hmmm...why didn't the cashier put it in one of the bags that wasn't full?? My car was parked FAR AWAY, if this someone was trying to catch me, they must not have been trying very hard??? To be honest, I think they are all idiots that work here and they better learn how to deal with complaints!!! The way they deal with complaints is to hang up. Real intelligent and real good for your image! I am going to be pursuing this leg
