~Grat: That email webpage*account web page is PATHETIC. *It is so SLOW that to call it a web provider is beyond logic comprehension and I summise that the reason is because they load up that web page with other retail offers that have nothing to do with broadband and email provision.*Most people would think that a fast email*account page from the biggest provider in Australia was possible but no- many other small providers have done a much better*faster job.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Bigpond. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Bigpond problem?
~Grat: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Grat: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Bigpond's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Grat: For that I would say three out of five.
