GetHuman-385296: I would never recommend this company to anyone. I fell behind on payments and contacted billmelater to work out some payment arrangements. Bill me later worked with me just fine until I realized I needed to change two of the three payments to come out at the end of the month. The guy on the phone said sure he can change it and so it was changed or so I thought. Turns out he cancelled all payments and when I tried to get back on the hardship plan they wanted to charge me more after telling me I am not eligible. To top it off they even refused to accept the proposal of a debt management plan because they wanted to charge more for me to pay back. More money I could not budget for.
