GetHuman-235379: Worst online experience I have ever had. Placed order at bizchair.com website *********. Agreed to shipping charges *********. Order charged to my credit card *********. No order update on website. Emailed **** for info. Reply said order will be shipped ****, ** working days after my credit card was charged. Phone call ***, ** working day after charged, item not shipped yet!!!! Cancelled order. Told credit card refund in few days. I'm skeptical.
