GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's BlackBaud customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Denveuser: Tried to use blackbaud software to register for a nonprofit event in Colorado. Worst designed registration I've ever seen. Too many confusing initial choices, takes you to blackbaud's site without a way back to nonprofit site, no web site, contact or phone for non-profit site, a generic error message ( turns out it didn't like that I used same userid and password for *nd participant.). Wonder how much Blackbaud soaked the nonprofit fort is crummy thoughtless registration process! Unfortunately, many nonprofit tech departments overspend and are under delivered on whatever technology a big company like Blackbaud spews out .
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting BlackBaud. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a BlackBaud problem?
~Denveuser: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Denveuser: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about BlackBaud's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Denveuser: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other BlackBaud customers?
~Denveuser: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for BlackBaud to know who you are.
