~FrustratedInMaine: I got only * of * blinds ordered. When I finally talked to the rep from blinds.com, she said that's not uncommon: they're made in Turkey, blinds.com never checks the order fulfillment, and there is no one to talk to Turkey till Monday. I was o hold a long time, at one point told customer service was closed (it wasn't), and got no sense of apply from the person I finally talked to.

~FrustratedInMaine: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
