GetHuman-245190: After trying on and off for several weeks (Pro Tip: when "high call volume" is sustained during your entire business hours for several weeks, this is now average call volume, and failing to keep up with it is failing to provide adequate customer service) the representative was quite helpful and efficient (issue resolved within five minutes of talk time). Hire more of these.
