~Zandra: Sure. It was late at night, on November 15th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Blizzard, and if so, how?

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Blizzard customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Zandra: This is just a recording telling you to go to a websight and then it disconnects. If you are thinking you may get to talk to a human you are mistaken. As a paying customer as everyone else and the price we pay to play I would like the availability to talk to a real human about a connection issue or account issue. If i could get on game then yes i can see putting a ticket in for in-game issues. However, for billing, connection and account issues, I would like to be able to talk to a real live human.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Blizzard. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Blizzard problem?
~Zandra: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Zandra: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Blizzard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Zandra: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Blizzard customers?
~Zandra: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Blizzard to know who you are.
