GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Blogger.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-sylhaeu: I tried to answer a comment on my blog-post... but it failed for two days. Wrote two comments reporting it - the only way was to write it into the window opening after the question: "was our help-site good or not for you?" - when I clicked "No" - but I received no answer. There is no service at all on blogger.com, I suppose - as the offered solutions are circle-lines back to "help myself". Probably Google, who bought blogger, is causing this negative effects?

GetHuman-sylhaeu: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-sylhaeu: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Blogger.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-sylhaeu: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Blogger.com customers?
GetHuman-sylhaeu: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Blogger.com to know who you are.
