~Regina Botting: Have just spent over ** minutes trying to get to a real person, giving my name, husbands name , date of birth, member id number to at least * differenct people to finally to reach a real person who I have to give all this info again only to be told that now he needs my phone number to call me back....i have been on the phone so long I don't even remember why I was calling. And this is customer service, what a joke all they want is your money and you just bought anguish. good luck to the rest of you
