~jspot48: After being on a medication for years that worked after trying others Blue Cross arbitrarily decided that it would no longer cover the medication. I inquired about it. I was advised that there were cheaper alternatives that I could TRY to failure. Since the medication is actually made up of two different medications combined I asked what the alternative was to one since I knew there was none. She advised that I would have to take the one type to failure because the other was no longer covered. Are you kidding me??? So much for "health care". Blue Cross is becoming "we don't care about your health". They really want me to take something to FAILURE. WOW, what if something happens during that time? I am sure I am not the only one.
