~little: I hate this insurance! We are offered a basic policy through our employer and I have had * claims denied because of referrals not being approved. They should have called us to let us know why the claim was denied so that we wouldn't be stuck paying it! I HATE THIS INSURANCE! And I am stuck with it because of stupid MA state laws!
