~jhammond7984: I have been seeing a marriage counselor for * years and I go every week and blue cross has only paid * claims!!! this is a **** company and they do everything they can to not answer your questions or help you at all. Worst insurance company ever!!!! will never use them again. Absolutely ridiculous lack of care for their customers!! anyone considering new insurance... as a heads up, walgreens pharmacy has already dropped them due to non payment and severe claims difficulty. Im sure, based on my experience, they will be dropped by more. My counselor is about to drop them too because she has over ** clients whos claims are also not being paid. Horrible insurance company. While typing this, I have been on hold for over ** min!!!! and before that, I was on hold for **!! FML!!
