~Retiree Member: Baited and switched. Opened acct when Cap Hill Br opened changing my retirement and Soc Sec to be auto deposited w** other auto withdrawals. I was told I would get free checks which I have ordered * times & was done for free. Now I go to reorder and rude clerk told me no. I was never notified that my checks would not be free any longer. Asked to speak w*supv, one not there but she did call another branch. I never spoke with other person. Mgr?? Who knows. She wouldn't let me speak with them. I said I had been lied to and commented that it was BS where she called me out saying to control my language. BS is BS! I was not rude & she embarrassed me in front of everyone. Humiliating!! I do not recommend this institution. I will get auto dep's & WD's changed and close acct. Shame, as everyone before has been so helpful. Retirees are not treated well in my opinion. *st place I've ever been treated in such a manner. Perhaps because my small income makes no difference. Also, if one uses
