GetHuman-timsex: I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. Booking.com accepted my booking for my sons hotel stay in Washington . When he arrived he was advised he could not stay there because he as not **. When they called booking.com they were told there was nothing they could do to help . They have since admitted in an e.mail to me that the hotel advertising needs to be updated to reflect this. Not only did they leave my ** year old stranded in Washington, but they also proceeded to charge me for the room. I have tried to dispute this but been advised that it is up to the hotel whether they refund my credit card and even though booking.com took my booking they basically have on responsibility . I sent my last mail to them a week ago and they haven't even bothered to respond. I have over the years made many bookings through them, but will never use them again. I am now trying to get my credit card company to stop the payment .
