GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-brigbra: Thought I'd give their customer service a good review, since I realize most people will only come on here to post something negative. Called the number, a nice lady answered, and my situation was resolved within minutes. Easy!
