~tamike000: BOOST CALLED THE COPS ON ME... *After intense debate and tears and complete failure of any objectives .BOOST CALLED *** AND CLAIMED I WAS SUCIDAL.. OMG no. Mortified *THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS (*) could not authorize any type of refund of product and this being the *th phone in ** months..replacing the phone for free or a HUGE rebate. The BEST BOOST can do at ANY LEVEL OF AUTHORITY ..IS NOTHING ..the Most senior of supervisor has almost equal (POWER) as a subordinate.. bottom line is a lot of channels to talk with employees who are not authorized in any way to financially reimburse or etc..

~tamike000: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~tamike000: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Boost Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tamike000: For that I would say three out of five.

~tamike000: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Boost Mobile to know who you are.
