~fedup: I paid two months in advance with my bank's on-line bill pay. Boostmobile took the money from my account but says it doesn't have it. I have called their customer service for days, been given the total run around, disconnected over and over and have to call them back. I still have no service or resolution. They are a horrible company to try and do business with.
