~1moretime?: Today was my *th time calling this number to get my problem solved. Apparently, the first person to answer the phone is not a "technical support" representative. You're asked to try several steps to make sure that your phone is operating properly. Once they are certain that your "handset" is okay, you're passed on to a technical support person. Most likely, you'll have to repeat your problem to this person. Next, you proceed through another set of steps to solve your issue. Plain on being connected to the support person for a long period of time depending on what's causing your trouble. Hint: You may need an additional phone with a separate number to communicate with the helper. Be patient (and courteous) to hopefully get your problem solved in less than * calls.
