~DR. RECKLESS: couldnt understand poor CSR because of language barrier. last time i checked boost was under the sprint umbrella of cell phone service. Second, i was passed off to * other reps and finally the phone manufacturer before being told there was a quick fix to my problem, only it didnt work and i found myself disconnected to the manufacturer rep (i doubt its his job anyway) too bad i guess ill find a nice spot in the east river for this phone.
