~Bill: no one there to take the call after running me through all kinds of push this and push that and a lot of useless unneeded info over load. what an inefficent phone company glad they are cheap but still am looking for another company, so I don't have to waste so much time calling for problems with no signal for so long to alot of phones in this area ***** due to one full incomplete month of two towers service. Sprint and Boost have been and always be the JUNK BOTTOM LEVEL of cell phone service in every way since cell phones ever came out.

~Bill: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bill: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Boost Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bill: For that I would say four out of five.
