~eloria destoop: why is it you can go to a boost store buy a boost phone and then be told the ** day warrenty is false and a lie. I was taken advantage of being disabled. I bought a phone less than ** days ago, it crashes and says it has internal memory problem, I call store ahead of time since it is hard getting around. they said bring it in for refund I did and got there and was told no they do not do refunds. I call boost mobile and I am told that no they do not back their products and will not give a refund. now why would you pay hundreds of dollars for a phone and then have it not work and have to throw it away. I am sending a copy of this to better buisiness bureau.. I was taken advantage of being disabled. and will be looking around for another service I ave been with boost for four years and bought four different phones from them in past and now to get treated badly like this. why do you not back your products
