~zackery: I was told when i purchased the companion * speakers that they were "plug and play" with the macbook pro. they failed to tell me though that with the macbook pro ** with retina display, you have to reconfigure the settings and do a full restart every time you unplug them and plug them back in. definitely returning them.

~zackery: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~zackery: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Bose's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~zackery: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Bose customers?
~zackery: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Bose to know who you are.
