~jack the man : I payed this company brad-ford exchange , In Full with a money order and kept hounding me. with threatening collection bills bull **** mail then they told they were promoting some kind of series of trains without my knowledge I told them I never received it in the mail and that is what the ******** badgering bills were all about follow up customer service and the long waiting periods on the phone. The mail that company sent me was like a serial bombardment campaign suggestive,and promotional side stepping tactics , well it just gets old,sincerely just another jack sales man
