GetHuman-189331: i've tried reaching you for * DAYS and still no satisfaction.I'm trying to check my order. I can't even get to my order! I have the number but your AUTOMATED phone tells me customer service is always closed. Fri told me closed till mon. Sat. order line gave me another number,and it got thru to C.S. with the musin and the recordings to hold on, they were busy.I hung on ** MIN. WITHOUT response...at midnight. SO I called to day, told C.S. NEVER closes, and I had to talk to them.to get my answers. Again can't get thru! Then told they are CLOSED. Your staff doesn't know what they are doing, PERIOD. You have lost all credibility with me, and I've done business with you for years. And your on-line ***** too. Because I can't remember my password which is only * of three I use, I have to go to yahoo to get a temporary, then get back to your site to put it in and it tells me can't enter email ID. because it aready belongs to someone else.
