~LJ: This company failed to notify me of an item being out of stock after it allowed me to order the item as "in stock"* and with expedited shipping. upon a lack of shippment notification, i contacted this company to inquire the status only to discover this for myself. I requested a larger but instock item as a substitute and the refused to express ship the item in order to compensate for their customer service's team failure to contact me. instead they gave me * options pay for the express shipping myself (an extra $** on a $** order)no they would not compensate or else "shop elsewhere". I was MORTIFIED at the attitude of not only the CS agent Joan but also Janelle her supervisor who took the same attitude - don't like it shop somewhere else. All because of refusing to upgrade the shipping due to failure by the CS team to notify the prior week that the item ordered was out of stock after claiming it was ready for shipment at order process time. **I wish i had googled this company in adv
