~ciaran71: Back on April **th, I booked flights for December from San Diego to Ireland, for myself and my wife and our now * month old twins. A very helpful agent (from Wales or England) helped organize the basinets and overall I was very happy with the service and the itinerary until ********On June *th I got an e-mail that you had been trying to contact me and to contact you which I did only to find out that the flight from Dublin to Ireland had been cancelled and that the layover for the flight from London to Dublin had increased from *.* hours to * hours. The first agent asked me to approve the change which I did NOT. I then proceeded with at least * calls lasting over * hours with service agents who seemed to be India based.*Despite the fact I could go online at BA.com and find a slightly different itinerary for the same price with only a * hour layover, They could not change our itinerary to a more suitable one. They said due to it was a partner airline. I asked to speak to the manager and
