GetHuman-161100: We have had a bag missing *weeks now it was delivered to someone lose in UK and despite giving BA the address it still has not been picked up and delivered back to us in melbourne. They are rude and useless we are now going to get a private courier to pick it up for us and deliver it back to melbourne. Wil never recommend BA to anyone
