~Eric Burgess: Telephone service was good, but very hard to understand the adviser. The engineer Ian Proctor was just great, very helpful and patient, found the line problem and sorted it, an asset to B T. Job MP****** *.**.**..WMIAP**. Thank You E Burgess.

~Eric Burgess: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Eric Burgess: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Eric Burgess: For that I would say one out of five.
