~antj: For a high end fashion retailer their customer interface is appalling. I had problems with ordering throught their website and wanted to place my order by phone. It seems all too much trouble for the surely young women I spoke to. Zero enthusiam and the tone of her voice made it clear I was just a pesky customer. She didn't pick up that she had charged me twice for postage - I had to point this out to her.
