~kammie: On May **, **** at **:**-**:**pm at the location on **nd street Times Square, myself and a guest ordered food, upon arrival of the food, the waiter was very rude from the very beginning, his name is Lyntel, an African American young man. Immediately I told my guest to pay for the food at the register and I left while walking down the stairs, I was humiliated in front of all the customers, as the waiter*manager both ran screaming, "She didn't pay for her food, she didn't pay for her food" I have never been insulted within this manner, and as a customer who dine at BBQ's for many years, this is appalling. As I spoke to the other manager on duty, his name is Dannis* he was not helpful and understanding of this incident. *Please respond to this imperative message, as I am seeking legal action.**Thank you**Valued customer
