~Concerned Consumer: Please don't believe the reviews on their site!!! - they must have been written and posted by the company and*or its family members. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company that I have ever come across. I purchased a LivingSocial coupon for carpet cleaning by this company. I contacted its owner and scheduled an appointment. I took the entire day off work (without pay)* moved my furniture and files from my office and from the other rooms to be cleaned and waited for their arrival. As no one showed at the scheduled time, I tried calling its office numerous times and left several messages. It was not until "* HOURS" later that I received a call from its owner telling me that its van had broken down and was in the shop. He said he would call me that evening to reschedule when the shop informed him of the problem. I did not hear from him that evening or the day after so,..I called and left several more messages. After not hearing anything from him, I called again leaving courteous an
