~jer: It took me talking to five people before one of them could solve the problem of transferring data to my upgraded phone. I upgraded to a s*. I asked the if their would be any problem with selling my s***. They said no problem. They gave me an MSL code that would unlock the phone. Another told me that if they used a sprint carrier that there would be no problem to reactivate it and it would not need to be unlocked. I just got a call from a Sprint store that they could not activiate the phone. Poor service poor communication, and a variety of knowledge by customer service people. I will not use Credo Mobile again. They seemed to have gone downhill since my first phone and their rates are higher than many other companies because they raise money for progressive causes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CREDO Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CREDO Mobile problem?
~jer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CREDO Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jer: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CREDO Mobile customers?
~jer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CREDO Mobile to know who you are.
