~Joyce: I went to the CVS in Newburyport, Ma. I have been going to this CVS for many years. I was inline waiting for a cashier. A man walked right past me, spoke to one of the cashiers and they proceeded to help him. They looked right at me and proceeded to help him. They knew I was next inline. I left what a wanted in the basket and walked out of the store. Bad enough the customer had no class but I can't believe they didn't tell him to get inline like everyone else.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CVS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CVS problem?
~Joyce: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joyce: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Joyce: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CVS customers?
~Joyce: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS to know who you are.
