~Frustrated-Caller: I am quite disappointed having to wait (appr. ** minutes) to speak to a live rep but only to be abruptly transferred (no warning) to a voice mail after less than ** sec of communication. I'm sad to say that this less than stellar customer service experience is the norm these days rather than the exception.
