~CVReyna: After calling a total of *** times trying to reach a live body, I finally got through after waiting on hold for ** minutes. As it would turn out, THEY MADE A MISTAKE in processing one of my physician forms for disability! They assured me that the payment for a total of ** days would be sent out immediately to the edd visa card. However, then I found out that BofA doesn't process the payments the same day, there is a delay. I have worked and paid into this organization only to be jerked around! I am so frustrated!
