~HATE our broken govt.: I called this ***-***-****(SD office) number and pressed * like * times before someone actually answered and told me I had the wrong office, transferred me before i could say anything, and another * minutes of holding a lady (who was in San Fran) told me they handled my claim (Im in the I.E.)and fixed my problem in less than a minute!! I feel sooo relieved. THANKYOU for sites like these b*c i know i have a better chance of winning something from a radio station than getting someone on the ****! P.S. I also called my state rep's office who were willing to help, but i wanted to keep trying myself. So, contact your rep if all else fails!!
