~sleepngGiant: The chat agent was very slow in responding. Never introduced him*her self. He*she never asked me for information to clarify my situation. Then just gave me a number to call ***-***-**** which is a operator and i got right through to her but she told me the live chat has been giving bad info out and she is just a transfer operator. She could only transfer me back to the **** -getlost we dont care number. This whole system needs to be checked on and redone.
