GetHuman-163858: After ** minutes, the agent transferred me to the same number I had been transferred to by a previous agent. That was supposed to be a "live" person line, but was just another AUTOMATED line, with * choices, NONE of which applied to my problem! I kept trying to tell her I had already tried that number, but she insisted on transferring me, anyway! Now, I'm listening to recorded music, after a strange voice spoke lines in an unrecognizeable language (and I speak Spanish, French, some German and VietNamese, and studied Latin, so, that's saying something!), nearly ** minutes ago.
