~Anonymously MAD!: Certian individuals have no customer service. They are rude and didn't help me with anything. It was tough to understand him through his thick accent and the fact that he was so rude to me about my concerns and kept replying that he couldn't do anything about my situation due to the fact that my money went to a different department and that it would take *-* weeks to see my money when it only took them *week to pull my money out of my account without notifying me for a debt in ****. Mind you, I'm in the military so I move around, yet they have been notifying me about this with no response due to the fact that I no longer lived in California since ****. Yet they managed to find my bank account number! I asked to speak to his supervisor and he informed me that his supervisor couldn't help me but that he'll would be calling me in **-** HOURS! I guess they were so quick to take my money and yet so slow to admit they f*(ked up and return my money! Just **** all across the board.
