~desertdreams: I have talked to maria and jill and asked for the supervisor which has never ever called me back maria seems to be short on answers and Jill just hustled me off the phone even tho I think she knew the answers to my problems, I am still waiting to find someone who doesn't mind helping me in that advocacy office??????? If you have detailed problems try another area of franchise tax board and save yourself alot of grief!!!!!!!
