GetHuman-182759: People were plesent and very knowledgable in what had to be done. I had to make a large purchance outside of my geographical area and they knew just what had to be done to keep me covered and allow the transaction to process through.

GetHuman-182759: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-182759: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
