GetHuman-43273: Tried automated system - did not work. Tried calling a * on a letter I rec'd - frustrated talking to someone in the Philippines. Finally called this * & got a very nice person who I hope can help with stopping me from getting business related offers (my name spelled wrong) that I do not care to receive. Total time - ** frustrating minutes!

GetHuman-43273: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-43273: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Capital One's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-43273: For that I would say three out of five.
