~ImpalaOwner: The CarMax website quit working correctly and the CS phones quit working too, so I used this ***-***-**** number to reach their home office and they were very helpful and polite. Told me that they'd just gotten another call about problems so she was going to report the issue. She suggested waiting a few hours and trying again.
