~Lainey: My husband called re his card. For privacy they asked his mother's maiden name which he gave. They said that this did not match up (he has called before) and couldn't help further. He asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to put him through because the question was not answered correctly. How shocking is this service. So he asked to speak to a complaints person and again they refused to put him through. Unbelievably poor service.
