GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Care Credit customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Frustrated: I called the CareCredit number hoping to ask a question about special financing. The rep didn't know anything about it. She said to call "CareCredit" !!! I told her I did call their number and got her. She said she only answers GE Capital questions and to call CareCredit. I can't find the right number to CareCredit to ask a simple question. All of the dozen numbers I have called want my account number, and the automated system can't find me so it hangs up on me. Really??

~Frustrated: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Care Credit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated: For that I would say three out of five.

~Frustrated: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Care Credit to know who you are.
