GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CareFirst customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Happiness_Bundle: If you are sending electronic payments, make sure it's going to the right group number. We previously had coverage w Care*st, then got a new policy under ACA and Care*st was routing our e-payments to old account with old group *. Having discovered this, they still are having issues making sure our e-payments get processed and credited to the correct account number and group *. On hold a lot, then the person assures you everything's ok and you find another billing issue the next month even tho our account is set to send payments automatically.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CareFirst. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CareFirst problem?
~Happiness_Bundle: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Happiness_Bundle: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CareFirst's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Happiness_Bundle: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CareFirst customers?
~Happiness_Bundle: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CareFirst to know who you are.
