~Laurie: I spoke with three different CSRs and a supervisor and was given four different delivery dates. I ordered the item as a Christmas gift on ******** and have still not received it. I have now been told it should arrive ********. That is unbelievably poor customer service. I was told I will receive a *% maximum discount for my "inconvenience." This was a Christmas git to someone, and he is still asking me where it is. The cost of the item should be waived and my credit card should be credited. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am a first-time customer to CarID and will make sure everyone I know is aware of how I was treated.

~Laurie: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Laurie: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Laurie: For that I would say one out of five.
