~Don: Overcharged me by charging my card full price after offering Black Friday discount. $ emails and * phone attempts with no response. Finally received an email with a note that I was credited but it never showed up at the bank. Then the package came and it is the wrong item. Not even close. Now their customer service and corporate phone numbers do not work at all. All calls just fail. This is not a reputable company. I'm left with filing a dispute with the credit card company. Do not order from this company.
