~haxxors1337: I bought a Transformers hat for my boyfriends birthday in mid January. (around the **th). The fact that I ordered the item wasn't even acknowledged by the company until the **th of January. Then It was shipped * days later on the **th, which you might be like oh well at least they shipped quickly, but you would be very wrong because this is still a problem, as the **th is a Saturday. A day in which they specifically state on their website isn't a valid working day for any sort of shipping. So why does it say it shipped on a day that doesn't count towards their "* to ** day" shipping waiting time. I don't know but it's starting to look like this company isn't a real company and is just out to scam people. **The Frustration doesn't end there, I contacted them and they said "hopefully the item will arrive any day" I don't know about you but that sounds to me like they don't know what their doing, especially after bringing up a lot more points of concern than just 'my stuff isn't here yet'
